The lineup of authentic breads, based on Italy's beloved breads (ciabatta and focaccia), is made with homemade natural yeast and wheat from Hokkaido.
There is a wide lineup to choose from depending on your mood that day, including Western deli items such as salads, soups, frittatas, and meat dishes, as well as Chinese-style deli items, spring rolls, shumai, bento boxes, and paninis.
The cafe space, where you can also eat in, offers original dishes that go well with bread, as well as breakfast, lunch, and a la carte options. It's a new space where you can also "drink bread."
The soft serve ice cream, made with milk from Hokkaido and as smooth as fresh cream, is a must-try. It's irresistible for coffee and sweets lovers. It's also a great place to grab a drink while strolling around Tsukisamu Park.
