The new additions are "Adult Sweet Potato Bread," a rich version of the cute-looking "Sweet Potato Bread" made entirely with purple sweet potatoes, and "Baked Sweet Potato Brulee"!

Our homemade sweet potato is made by roasting purple sweet potato and adding butter, fresh cream, rum, etc. to bring out the sweetness of the purple sweet potato and the richness of the fresh cream. We use Hokkaido wheat "Kitano Kaori" and "Haruyokoi", fragrant grass-fed butter, and rich eggs from Ebetsu.
