Introducing "Cold Capellini Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes from Kuriyama, Basil and Mozzarella Cheese."
A cold pasta dish made with freshly picked tomatoes from Kuriyama, accented with basil sauce and served with rich mozzarella cheese.
This is the perfect dish for when you don't have much of an appetite during these hot days.

The classic ciabatta has been reborn and is even more delicious!
The classic Italian bread "ciabatta," which has been on sale since the store opened, is now available in an upgraded version.
"Ciabatta" originated in Northern Italy (Trentino) and is a type of bread that is kneaded with Italian olive oil to give it a rich aroma, and is chewy, moist, and has a milky sweetness like butter.
The wheat flour used to be a blend of two types, but now we use 100% "Kitano Kaori" wheat from Hokkaido, resulting in a chewier and more moist ciabatta.
The varieties will also be changed to four: small ciabatta, large ciabatta, half (half of a large ciabatta), and twist.
We also recommend serving it with liver paste or pumpkin puree.
* Ciabatta (large) is now larger than before. * The price has changed due to changes in the amount of wheat used and the size.

The new additions are "Adult Sweet Potato Bread," a rich version of the cute-looking "Sweet Potato Bread" made entirely with purple sweet potatoes, and "Baked Sweet Potato Brulee"!

Our homemade sweet potato is made by roasting purple sweet potato and adding butter, fresh cream, rum, etc. to bring out the sweetness of the purple sweet potato and the richness of the fresh cream.
